2.2建立spring-mybatis.xml配置文件

该用来完成spring和mybatis的整合的。主要的就是自动扫描，自动注入，配置数据库，事务管理。

3、整合SpringMVC

      SpringMVC主要是配置包扫描器、注解驱动、视图解析器。

4、配置web.xml

web.xml是为了将Spring和mybatis结合起来，下面是其配置，如果需要其他过滤则需要在此配置。
