Unable to find 'webwork.multipart.saveDir' property setting. Defaulting to javax.servlet.context.tem

      JIRA一直运行的很正常，今天再重启jira时发现一个问题Unable to find 'webwork.multipart.saveDir' property setting. Defaulting to javax.servlet.context.tempdir，网上有说在webwork.properties中的

    31 # Edit maxSize to change the attachment size limit
     32 webwork.multipart.saveDir=
     33 webwork.multipart.maxSize=10485760

改为

     31 # Edit maxSize to change the attachment size limit
     32 webwork.multipart.saveDir=/tmp
     33 webwork.multipart.maxSize=10485760

照做了，还是没有解决啊，况且我也jira里根本就没有tmp这个文件呀。最后在官网https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/'Error+instantiating+webwork.multipart.parser.class+-+com.atlassian.jira.web.JiraMultipartRequestWrapper'+when+Creating+an+Issue里看到了解决方案，

1. Shut down JIRA.
2. Delete the $JIRA_INSTALL/temp/ and $JIRA_INSTALL/work/ directories.
3. Start JIRA – the /temp and /work directories should be recreated automatically with the correct permissions.最后我成功的解决方式是先关掉jira，然后将temp、work分别改为temp1、work1，最后重启，发现jira又自动生成work，提交东西的时候又自动生成了temp。
