Years ago,when I started looking for my first job,wise advisers urged "Be enthusiastic! Enthusiasm will take you further than any amount of experience!",How right they are.Enthusiastic peopel can turn a boring drive into an adventure,extra job into an opportunity and strangers into friends.
Nothing great was achieved without enthusiasm!It is a paste that helps you to hang in there when the going gets tough,It is the inner voice and whisper "I can do it!" when others shout "You can't!"

To get a thorought understanding of yourself can gain a correct view of yourself and be sober realist--aware of both one's strength and shortage.You may look forward hopefully to the futhure but be sure not to expect too much,for ideas can never be fully realized.You may be courageous to meet challenges but it should be clear to you where to direct your effords.

B:I think that I've give this company my best years .If Iwork this hard...I should be able to move up the corporate ladder.

B:I hope to continue growing in my job here.I want to take on more responsibility...and manage a team and new projects.
A:Since you became the team leader of software development. productivity has gone up .But can you motivate your team in the future .
B:I think that if I give them incentives. they push harder to reach the quotas.
A:If you really wish to move into management .you have to set an example for other employees.what else can you do to send messages to others with your attitude at work ?
B:By doing my best .I give others an example of what they should be doing .I think they can learn from me .
A:Good .but if you have a problem with one of your workers .what do you think you should do first ?
B:Well ,I hope that would never happen ,but if it did ,I would work out any problems with that worker.I will talk to them aside from work socially or after hours.
A :Good ,if I were you .I'd keep up the good work ,There are real possibilities .and any wishes you have can come true if you work hard .
B:Thanks.since my last reviews have all gone so well .I want to discuss the possibility of getting a raise!

Yes,but you can pay by credit card , or just draw money from an ATM. We can change some foreign currency for you if you like, though.
That might be a good idea . Now,what about accommodation? I hear Paris is quite expensive.
There are many choices from Youth Hostels, all the way up to 5-star hotels. I'm sure we can find comething to suit your budget.
I think a 3 star hotel will be fine, as long as it's in the centre of town. It's difficult to get around Paris.
Not at all, the Metro is very convenient, and taxi are easy to find.
But I don't speak any Franch , won't that be a problem?
Not really, you'll find most people apeak some English.
