windows文件对话框引起的焦点问题

在BS系统中处理文件时不可避免的会弹出windows的文件对话框，比如附件操作

弹出的文件对话框往往会引起当前窗口的焦点问题

这时需要选择结合iframe来进行提交等操作

同时指定提交form的target来确定提交的窗口
