C6748仿真器连接不上开发板

错误描述：ICEPICK_C: Error connecting to the target: (Error -2131 @ 0x0) Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 5.1.450.0)
解决办法：因为拆卸过核心板的原因，调试时只是把核心板按在了底板上，没拧上加固螺丝，拧上四个角的螺丝后问题解决。推测是核心板与底板接触的问题。
