Server Tomcat v7.0 Server at localhost was unable to start within xxx seconds

• eclipse 启动 tomca 遇到问题：

Server Tomcat v7.0 Server at localhost was unable to start within xxx seconds. If the server requires more time, try increasing the timeout in the server editor.

• 解决办法：

找到 workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\servers.xml文件，把 start-timeout="xxx" 改为 start-timeout="xxx + 100" 或者更长。例如把 把 start-timeout="45" 改为 start-timeout="200"或者更长。修改后重启eclipse。
