比较char*字符串或者string

1. 比较char*字符串
   int strcmp(const char* s1,const char* s2)
   两个字符串自左向右逐个字符相比（ASCII值），直到出现不同的字符或遇’\0’为止。
   (1). s1 < s2，返回为负数；
   (2). s1==s2，返回值= 0；
   (3). s1 > s2，返回正数。

2. 比较string对象
   int compare (const string& str) const noexcept;
   cplusplus compare
