sun.misc.BASE64Encoder/sun.misc.BASE64Decoder类不属于JDK标准库范畴

但是，在JDK中包含了该类，也可以直接使用

使用时，在eclipse或者MyEclipse中会发现找不到该类

换了一台电脑，拉过来的代码报错了。 BASE64Encoder cannot be resolved to a type sun.misc.BASE64Encoder 不是标准库暴露出来的API，查了半天，按网上的修改java build path里的Access Rules意图放过该调用。 然而并没有用。 想了一下，该不会是当前jdk里本来就没有可调用的东西吧？ 当前JDK版本jdk-11.0.9 ，换一个版本试一下。找了旧电脑的jdk-1.8.0_45包过来装上，把java build path
