1 .- Improved dinamica.ErrorHandler class: if the URI of the error was not
defined by the Controller then use the attribute request: javax.servlet.error.request_uri,
This helps especially if the error occurred in a filter or never went through the Controller.

2 .- Upgrade dinamica.GenericExcelOutput class now creates a new sheet when the number of records in the recordset more than 65000 records.

3 .- dinamica.GenericExcelOutput Class Upgrade now permits a gray background to the headers by placing the attribute header-background = "true" in the item <excel>

recordset="query.sql" <excel sheetname="Reporte" filename="data.xls" date-format="dd-MM-yyyy" header-background="true">

It is optional.

4 .- dinamica.Recordset Class Upgrade for setValue method java.math.BigDecimal support without triggering an exception.

5 .- Improvements / action / test, HTML and PDF output. Now includes information on: total physical memory,
implementation version of JAX-WS (web services) and HOME folder of tomcat.
