Normalize.css

Normalize.css 使浏览器呈现所有 HTML 元素更加一致，并且符合现代 web 标准。Normalize.css 只作用于需要规范化的样式。

作用

1. 保留有用的默认值，不同于许多 CSS 的重置
2. 纠正错误和常见的浏览器的不一致性
3. 标准化的样式，适用范围广的元素
