ubuntu12.04 gvim报错

由于fcitx-frontend-gtk2和gvim冲突造成以下的错误，sudo apt-get remove fcitx-frontend-gtk2解决：

(gvim:26240): Gdk-WARNING **: Using Cairo rendering requires the drawable argument to

have a specified colormap. All windows have a colormap,
however, pixmaps only have colormap by default if they
were created with a non-NULL window argument. Otherwise
a colormap must be set on them with gdk_drawable_set_colormap

另外还会有出现gvim启动以后出现死掉的状态，ibus与gvim冲突，可以这样解决
