网络yum 源配置后报错 The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found 处理，及如何正确配置yum 环境

在163 的源中去查看时发现 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 , 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8 and 6.9 no longer get any updates, nor
any security fix's. 这些版本已经不再更新支持，默认情况下我们直接使用：

wget http://mirrors.163.com/.help/CentOS-Base-163.repo  获得的repo 配置文件会有问题！！！
