exp字符转换

如果'需要转义，在root下的.bash_profile中增加
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
export LANG

LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8
export Lc_CTYPE

如果出现了waring，在oracle客户端安装的用户下的 .bashrc中增加
export NLS_LANG="AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL32UTF8"

导入导出
