将InstantRails应用自动启动（Windows环境）

InstanRails通过配置(Configure-->Instant Rails)可以设置为随Windows自动启动，但Rails服务无法自动启动

通过如下批处理脚本（[color=blue]批处理脚本放在InstantRails根目录下[/color]），可以实现Rais服务启动，并自动关闭批处理窗口。（[color=blue]shop为rails应用名称[/color]）
