rman迁移 windows 到linux 应注意的问题

同版本异构平台迁移

操作系统 windows 2008--> linux red hat 6.5

数据库版本 oracle 11.2.0.4.0

rman 热备跨平台之间不支持redo 应用，除非用备用数据库，具体验证如下

跨平台不需要redo 必须用冷备迁移
