把 星际译王 的词典转为 txt 的格式。 Note：Huzheng（星际译王作者）已经提供了stareditor.exe 可以做这个事情， 但 它在windows 下需要安装gtk runtime；刚好有人问起这个问题，且又不想看star的source code。 我只有给他一个 windows的小程序，只有几十k大小。 把 stardict 的词典转为txt
