Managing Favorites

The favorites tab in the application navigator makes it easy to save things you work on frequently. There are a few ways to add items to your favorites.

 

Drag and Drop to Add Favorites from Lists

1. Click and drag a link or breadcrumb from a list.
2. Drop the link in the favorites tab of the application navigator.

 

 

Drag and Drop to Add Favorites from Forms

1. Click and drag the form title.
2. Drop the item in the favorites tab of the application navigator.

 

 

Customize the Style of a Favorite

A. Edit favorites - At the bottom of the favorites tab, click Edit Favorites. Select a favorite and customize the name, icon, and color.

 

 

Reorder Favorites

A. Reorder favorites - When you are in favorites edit mode, drag and drop a favorite to a new location in the list.

 

 

Remove a Favorite

A. Remove from favorites - Select the (-) next to the favorite.
