一个解决Jsp/serlvet中的中文问题的程序

(1)第一种方法,直接使用getBytes()函数

(2)另外，“Servlet API 2.3 提供一个新的函数HttpServeletRequest.setCharacterEncoding ”我试过，挺好用的，tomcat4.0.1。

方法是配置一个filter，对request进行过滤处理，过滤器如下：
