原因是VS的自帶IIS沒有啟動,如下圖標未啟動

1.可以檢查本機的IIS是否停了,或者是否未裝好(其他程式也不能運行)

2.可以將項目關掉重新開啟下試試 或者新建web項目,將原來項目拷貝過去
