Required Competencies and Skills:
1.Working knowledge of a large scale ERP package, preferably SAP

6.Understanding of technology directions, trends, and strategic business impact of key business and IT initiatives

9.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
10.Knowledge of software validation
11.Experience with western companies and western managers
12.Desirable to have knowledge of Health Care industry
13.Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or similar degree (or equivalent in China)
14.Experience in leading multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups.
15.Minimum of 10 years of progressive Information Technology/related experience with a minimum of 3 years of Information Technology Leadership
16.Experience in a manufacturing site highly desired
17.Thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles, processes, and technology
18.Chinese and Middle level proficiency in English Speaking, listening, reading and writing
19.Knowledge of some manufacturing things like “Lean Manufacturing”, “GMP” and to some level anyway, automation (PLC’s, SCADA etc).
 
职位职责: ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY MEASURES:
1.Work closely with key business partners to develop and execute a campus-wide enterprise Information Technology strategy and act as the Business Relationship Manager to campus clients for delivery of applications.
2.In collaboration with other IT teams within J&J and the Operations groups, select and implement required business solutions for the multiple Franchises on the campus.
3.Track Information Technology performance to plan.
4.Present technical/business proposals/recommendations to management, effectively translating complex technical concepts into understandable business concepts.
5.Successfully manage business partner expectations.
6.Regularly communicate Information Technology progress and performance against plan.
7.Manage stable, robust computer systems environment for campus.
8.Ensure compliance of all IT systems including SOX, Computer Systems Validation, Computer Systems Change Management, Systems Development Life Cycle documentation, Information Security, FDA, SFDA, etc. and prepare written procedures regarding compliance activities, IT training and application support for systems implemented in the campus.
9.Develop and manage service levels with internal and external service providers.
10.Coordinate IT resources and technical vendors.
11.Manage and monitor Johnson & Johnson ITS performance.
12.Coordinate system analysis, design, implementation and maintenance activities to support the on-going Supply Chain RA/QA Information Technology requirements.
13.Provide business process, technical management and knowledge management consulting services.
14.Effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
15.Ensures that all Human Resource related activities, and decisions embody the Johnson & Johnson Credo Values.
16.Collaborate across IT (DePuy, MD&D, ASPAC, J&J) to provide a forum to integrate and align talent development and people skills.
17.Manage and develop departmental staff in a manner that will facilitate employee development both on a professional and a personal level.
18.Develop staff and resources required to meet evolving business needs.
19.Develop goals and objectives with direct reports.
