SpringBoot框架搭建HelloWorld级别工程！

SpringBoot在启动时，不需要在系统的web.xml配置文件中引入别的配置文件

web.xml内容  即默认的web.xml内容即可：

上述两步即完成了SpringBoot的入门启动配置，通过启动类来启动；

直接 run as -> Java Application 启动即可；

启动成功后，在浏览器中输入： http://localhost:8080/helloworld  即可成功返回

Hello World!
