libc++和libstdc++

glibc是GNU实现的libc，而libc是整个操作系统的基础lib，他封装了所有的系统调用，但是不限于系统调用。
libstdc++是c++的基础lib没有libc那么重要，但是很重要（对使用c++开发的环境而言，但Linux可以没有c++但不能没有c）。
