1.配置webservice的拦截路径和映射

<servlet>
		<servlet-name>cxf</servlet-name>

	<servlet-mapping>

2.配置webservice 的引入（cxf）

3.发布接口

如果报Invalid character found in method name. HTTP method names must be tokens 错误
说明当前url请求应该是http 不应该使用HTTPS
