1.确保PHP的SOAP扩展打开（php.ini:extension=php_soap.dll），下载SoapDiscovery.class.php用于生成wsdl文件，内容如下：

2.写文件server.php,先用创建wsdl代码运行生成wsdl，再把这段代码注释，放出使用wsdl这段代码
