linux-centos 安装GILDAS/class IDL ds9 karma/kvis

GILDAS is a collection of state-of-the-art software oriented toward (sub-)millimeter radioastronomical applications (either single-dish or interferometer). It is daily used to reduce all data acquired with the IRAM 30M telescope and the NOrthern Extended Millimeter Array NOEMA (except VLBI observations). GILDAS is easily extensible. GILDAS is written in Fortran-90/95, with a few parts in C/C++ (mainly keyboard interaction, plotting, widgets).

1、下载  http://www.iram.fr/IRAMFR/GILDAS/

2、注释Anaconda2/python 依赖(也可能是3），刷新源，重启

      source .bashrc

3、安装依赖包

        Fedora 23 (or yum/dnf-based distributions):
        Required:    dnf install gcc-gfortran gcc-c++ gtk2-devel
        Recommended: dnf install python-devel numpy libpng-devel
        Optional:    dnf install blas-devel lapack-devel fftw-devel cfitsio-devel
        Pre-install: export GAG_SEARCH_PATH="/usr/lib:/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu"

4、解压src后查看readme和install,按步骤在终端中写入命令

  1. shell-prompt> gunzip gildas-src-mmmyya.tar.gz  
  2. shell-prompt> tar -xvf gildas-src-mmmyya.tar  
  3. shell-prompt> cd gildas-src-mmmyya  
  4. shell-prompt> source admin/gildas-env.sh 
  5. shell-prompt> sh  
  6. shell-prompt> make
  7. shell-prompt> make install

5、make install 成功后会有显示类似以下三个语句写入 .bash_profile

export GAG_ROOT_DIR=/home/luoluo/Science_tools/gildas-exe-jun15bexport GAG_ROOT_DIR=/home/luoluo/scientific_tools/gildas-exe-may18a
export GAG_EXEC_SYSTEM=x86_64-ubuntu18.04-gfortran
source $GAG_ROOT_DIR/etc/bash_profile
export GAG_EXEC_SYSTEM=x86_64-centos7-gfortran
source $GAG_ROOT_DIR/etc/bash_profile

终端命令：source .bash_profile

6、terminal（终端）输入 class 就能用啦！ ( /home/luoluo/Science_tools/gildas-exe-jun15b/x86_64-centos7-gfortran/bin/class)

备注：readme install   

环境变量.bashrc和bash_profile 的区别：

1、配置文件的两个级别，系统(/etc)和用户(~/)，每次开机优先调用系统级profile用于登陆式shell,bashrc用与每个交互式shell

2、.bashrc在每次任何目录下打开shell都能调用，bash_profile在home目录下打开shell才能成功调用（class）

IDL

1、下载或拷贝 安装包

2、解压

3、./install

4、拷贝 licence（破解）

5、将idl70/bin/idlde 共享到 /usr/local/bin 下面

6、添加环境变量

注意：centos8 可能会缺少部分文件，网络下载或从其他机子拷贝即可。

ds9

1、下载安装包： http://ds9.si.edu/site/Download.html

2、解压： tar -zxvf ds9.centos7.8.0.1.tar.gz

3、在当前目录下： sudo mv ds9 /usr/local/bin/

4、终端输入 ds9 即可

kvis

1、下载安装包： http://www.ras.ucalgary.ca/karma/ftp.html

2、有两个：

1.1 common share distribution for all platforms：karma.share-v1.7.26.tar.gz

1.2 binary distribution for AMD64-compatible x86-64 running Linux/ELF (libc 6.3). This is for x86 processors with the              AMD 64 bit extensions (also supported by Intel, who call it IA32e or EM64T)： amd64_Linux_libc6.3-v1.7.26.tar.gz

！注意：intel 和 imd 的区别

3、解压： tar zxvf karma.share-v1.7.26.tar.gz

                 tar zxvf amd64_Linux_libc6.3-v1.7.26.tar.gz

4、用 find  ./ -name .karmarc 查找出 .karmarc 文件所在位置

5、将该文件路径链接到 /usr/local/karma: ln -s /astrosoft/karma/karma-1.7.26/amd64_Linux_lib6.3/

6、执行点命令，使之生效： source /usr/local/karma/.karmarc；

     或者将命令 source /usr/local/karma/.karmarc 添加到  .bash_profile；

     再用 source 刷新一下即可。

7、在终端任意目录下输入 kvis 启动

centos8 下直接将源文件cp 到/usr/local/karma/,用软连接有问题。

注意：多看报错信息。
