1,django install 

2,django-admin startproject djangotest1  // new a project

3,django-admin startapp selfappname // new app 

4,edit vim the settings.py to add the app selfappname

5,edit ( vim ) urls.py set the url index to the views in own app

  eg:  url(r'^appname/index/$','appname.views.index')

6.vim the views.py in the app 

    first import the module:  from django.http import HttpResponse

    then define the function: def index(req):

                                                        return HttpResponse('<h1>hello world</h1>')

7 run the server :   python manage.py runserver
