跳过SourceTree的注册步骤，SourceTreeSetup-3.3.8版本

安装时遇到注册登录问题，收集各方资料总结如下。

第一步：找到安装目录，我的默认C盘地址如下

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree

在该目录下创建文件accounts.json,写入内容
