首先定义一过程:

procedure formkhbuy.view_CustomDrawRowIndicator( sender:tobject;e: DevExpress.XtraGrid.Views.Grid.RowIndicatorCustomDrawEventArgs);

    e.Appearance.TextOptions.HAlignment:=DevExpress.Utils.HorzAlignment.Far;
        if (e.Info.IsRowIndicator) then
        begin
                if (e.RowHandle>=0) then
                begin
                    e.Info.DisplayText:=e.RowHandle.ToString();

                end
                else
                if ((e.RowHandle<0) and (e.RowHandle>-1000)) then
                begin
                    e.Info.Appearance.BackColor:=System.Drawing.Color.AntiqueWhite;
                    e.Info.DisplayText:='G'+e.RowHandle.ToString();
                end;
        end;

end ;

然后在程序的适当地方加入

INCLUDE(SELF.GridView1.CustomDrawRowIndicator,view_CustomDrawRowIndicator);

//调用上面定义的过程,当然你可能要改动gridview1为实际gridcontrol控件名

  SELF.GridView1.IndicatorWidth:=30;//列头宽度
