servicecomb log4j-slf4j-impl cannot be present with log4j-to-slf4j

SpringBoot出现该错误，log4j冲突，exclusion一下【spring-boot-starter-logging】就好了

我的项目是servicecomb的，同样，也是在引入springboot-starer的时候排除掉logging即可

解决冲突
