安装flake8 时遇到问题:
Cannot uninstall ‘pyflakes’. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
直接在安装包的目录搜pyflakes,找到后缀为egg-info的文件删除即可.
