1. web.xml中的web-app中配置顺序

web-app配置顺序异常，这个不影响，也可以调整顺序按照F4进入dtd文件。
web.xml中的web-app中配置信息是有顺序了，按照web-app_2_3.dtd规范定义好的顺序。

3. 查看方式

选中< web-app > ，F4进入web-app_2_3.dtd。环境是08版idea。
具体配置顺序如下打开内容，dtd文件详细叙述了每个节点，及配置顺序，由于文件太大就不一一列举。
