RHEL7.9上安装Oracle RAC 19.3.0.0，在安装GI的运行root.sh脚本步骤中，在第一个节点上运行正常，在第二个节点运行root.sh脚本时出现Error 4 opening dom ASM/Self in 0x8283c00
