8.Neptune海王星系统资源加载问题

1. Neptune上安装了不同的UI版本后，在后台数据库表/NEPTUNE/LIB_001 中会记录下版本信息：

根据Neptune官方解释：

However, we no longer recommend using UI5 from the CDN source, PWA's cannot cache the UI5 files, so it's must better to serve the UI5 file from the Neptune domain. Meaning that a locally installed UI5 version is what we recommended.
It's still easy to change the stored 1.71 (CDN) values in table /NEPTUNE/LIB_001 in transaction SE16 and change to 1.71.49.

由于SAP总是把旧版本的CDN下线，造成用户访问网页的时候总是网络访问错误，访问不了 ui5.sap.com

所以，我们要么在APP design里面指定非CDN的UI5版本，要么把表/NEPTUNE/LIB_001改成以下样子，把cdn version 的url也改成本地：

https://ui5.sap.com/1.71.20/

改成：
/neptune/server/sapui5/1.71/
