如何使用Junit在Eclipse对Spring batch进行测试和调试

1. 背景
   最近在学习Spring Batch，准备用于公司批量程序的设计和开发。在学习过程中遇到如何在Eclipse中使用Junit对Spring Batch进行测试和调试的问题。在Spring batch手册中不会提到这么具体的问题。其他的文章又言之不详，缺乏实例，特研究和补充。下面直接上程序和Job定义，大家可以直接使用和进行测试。
