一、项目简介
系统采用了jsp技术，将所有模块采用以浏览器交互的模式，选择MySQL作为系统的数据库，开发工具选择Myeclipse来进行系统的设计。基本实现了房屋租赁系统应有的主要功能模块，本系统有管理员：个人中心、用户管理、公告信息管理、房屋类型管理、房屋信息管理、租赁订单管理、合同信息管理、系统管理，用户；个人中心、租赁订单管理、合同信息管理、我的收藏管理，前台首页；首页、公告信息、房屋信息、我的、跳转到后台等功能。
二、系统设计
2.1软件功能模块设计
系统结构图，如图4-3所示：
2.2数据库设计
数据库的设计需要明确每一个实体之间的联系，系统的E-R图如下图所示：：
管理员实体主要存储管理信息包括用户名、密码、角色。管理员信息属性图如图4-4所示。

三、系统项目部分截图
3.1管理员登录
管理员输入个人的用户名、密码登录系统，这时候系统的数据库就会在进行查找相关的信息，如果我们输入的用户名、密码不正确，数据库就会提示出错误的信息提示，同时会提示管理员重新输入自己的用户名、密码，直到账号密码输入成功后，会提登录成功的信息。网站管理员登录效果图如图5-1所示：
3.2管理员功能模块
5.2.1用户管理
管理员对用户管理进行获取用户名、姓名、性别、头像、身份证、手机等信息进行查看、删除、修改等操作。程序成效图如下图5-2所示:
5.2.3房屋类型管理
管理员对房屋类型管理进行获取房屋类型等信息详情、修改以及删除等操作。程序效果图如下图5-4所示：
5.2.6租赁订单管理
管理员可以对租赁订单管理进行编辑订单编号、房屋名称、房屋类型、月租金、租赁时间、总租金、备注、租赁日期、用户名、姓名、手机、是否审核、审核回复、是否支付等信息进行详情、修改、删除等操作。程序效果图如下图5-7所示：
3.3前台首页功能模块
5.3.1用户登录、用户注册
用户注册，通过填写用户名、姓名、身份证、手机等信息进行注册、登录，如图5-8所示。
5.3.2前台首页浏览
通过内容列表可以获取首页、公告信息、房屋信息、我的、跳转到后台等信息操作内容，如图5-9所示。
5.3.4个人中心
通过内容列表可以获取用户名、密码、姓名、性别、头像、身份证、手机等信息进行更新信息、退出登录操作，如图5-11所示。
3.4用户功能模块
用户进入房屋租赁系统可以对个人中心、租赁订单管理、合同信息管理、我的收藏管理进行查看等操作。程序成效图如下图5-12所示:
5.4.1合同信息管理
在合同信息管理页面可以查看合同编号、房屋名称、房屋类型、用户名、姓名、总租金、租赁日期、租赁时间、合同内容、合同文件、签订日期、有效期、是否审核、审核回复等内容，并进行修改，删除或查看等操作。程序效果图如下图5-13所示：
