摘 要
作为机械加工领域的“工作母机”,机床经过长久地积累已经发展较为成熟[1]。为了减少机床的设计与研制周期,提高生产效率,组合机床应运而生。本文的主要任务是设计能满足阀体端面钻6孔加工要求的组合机床,主要沦述了课题的研究背景及意义,确定阀体零件的加工工艺方案,完成对组合机床、多轴箱和夹具的设计。
在设计组合机床之前,首先,根据阀体零件的加工要求和结构尺寸特点制定两种工艺方案,通过对比两种方案的优缺点选择出较优加工工艺方案,包括端面孔系的加工方式、零件定位与夹紧形式和组合机床配置形式等内容。然后,根据端面孔系的加工工艺方案进行组合机床的总体设计,即“三图一卡”,包括绘制被加工零件工序图;进行刀具选择、切削用量计算、接杆与主轴选择、导向装置初选和动力部件总行程确定,从而完成加工示意图的绘制;确定机床的装料高度和部件之间的尺寸和位置关系以及通用部件的型号和规格等,完成机床联系尺寸总图的绘制;确定机床生产效率计算卡。接着对多轴箱进行总体设计,包括对传动系统的设计、主轴直径和齿轮模数的确定以及所需动力的计算等。最后,设计夹具的定位支承系统、夹紧机构和刀具的导向机构,完成机床的行程控制等。
本文对加工阀体端面孔系的组合机床制造过程进行全流程设计,包括组合机床总体设计、多轴箱和夹具设计三大部分,对实际组合机床的生产起到一定的指导作用。同时可以进一步考虑到机床工作过程中的受力情况,提高其加工制造精度与可靠性。

As a "machine tool" in the field of machining, machine tools have developed more mature after long-term accumulation. In order to reduce the design and development cycle of machine tools and improve production efficiency, modular machine tools came into being. The main task of this paper is to design a modular machine tool that can meet the requirements of drilling 6 holes on the end face of the valve body. Before designing the modular machine tool, firstly, two process schemes are formulated according to the processing requirements and structural size characteristics of valve body parts.
