一开始以为是最后那个ERROR的问题，查了半天去下载了VS还是报错，然后仔细看了一下报错日志发现前面还有个command 'swig.exe' failed: None，于是pip install swig 后再安装，果然就行了。还是要仔细看完整报错日志，很多时候解决办法就在里面
