pycharm中pip更新失败

警告: WARNING: You are using pip version 19.2.3, however version 20.2.1 is available.
You should consider upgrading via the ‘python -m pip install --upgrade pip’ command.

1: python -m pip install --upgrade pip

如果还是报错，进行第二步

2：python -m pip install -U pip

如果还是报错，进行第三步

3.python -m pip install -U --force-reinstall pip

本人亲测第三步OK

由于需要安装包较大，用pip安装会报超时错误。
在 pip 后面跟-i 来指定源，比如用豆瓣的源来安装 web.py 框架：

pip install numpy -i https://pypi.doubanio.com/simple/

推荐的源除了豆瓣之外，还推荐清华大学的tuna源：

pip install numpy -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/
