一.List转JSON

JSON.toJSONString(list)

例：

二.JSON转List

//live.getMediaData()指的要转换的json字符串，ArgoLiveVo指的是要转的list对象
JSONArray.parseArray(live.getMediaData(), ArgoLiveVo.class);

例：

ArgoLive live = argoLiveService.getOne(argoLiveLambdaQueryWrapper);
List<ArgoLiveVo> argoLiveVoList = JSONArray.parseArray(live.getMediaData(), ArgoLiveVo.class);
