解决spring项目启动jetty时页面提示503

在idea启动jetty项目时，报Failed startup of context o.e.j.m.p.JettyWebAppContext的错误，通过日志找到错误提示：通配符的匹配很全面, 但无法找到元素 'context:property-placeholder' 的声明。打开localhost提示services unavailable并报503的错误。

先后修改了许多配置文件，最后修改了spring-dao.xml文件，成功解决

这是 在spring-mvc.xml 文件下的配置
