Springmvc spring mybatis整合bug

严重: Context [] startup failed due to previous errors

还有一个bug，在login页面登陆时，提示404，怀疑是注解代码出错

已解决 第一个bug原因

解决方法重新构建：tomcat服务，删除已有的tomcat 在项目结构，工件中创建新的Tomcat服务

bug2 未在applicationContext.xml 中 正确加载
