将项目的Spring Cloud版本更改为2020.0.4，需要进行以下步骤：

1. 打开项目的构建文件（例如pom.xml或build.gradle）

2. 在依赖管理部分（dependencyManagement）中，将以下内容添加到Spring Cloud的版本声明中：
