The line graph illustrates the proportion of Europeans who often visited gyms from 1990 to 2010 according to four age groups.

Overall, the percentages of people in all age groups demonstrated a growing trend during this period. While the 18 to 24 group experienced the most notable growth, the oldest group increased marginally.

In 1990, the figure for 25-34 age group started as the highest percentage among the four age groups, climbing rapidly from less than 10% to 50% in 2010. Similarly, the 18–24 age group was placed second at 8% in 1990 and skyrocketed to a peak of 58% in 2006, seven times greater than in 1990. However, the following years saw a slight dip of 5% in this figure in 2008 but eventually recovered to over 58% in 2010.

Regarding the two remaining groups, the proportion of 35-44 age range increased substantially from roughly 4% in 1990 to 40% in 2010.
