摘要

踏步机是一种重要的健身器材，同时又是最具挑战性的健身器材，这种产品正逐渐被椭圆机取代。本课题研究的对象是踏步机左右踏板连接机构设计、变位杆的设计以及踏步机功能的完善。首先，对踏步机的结构进行合理的设计，将扭腰、踏步运用到一台踏步机当中，使踏步机的功能多样化。并且运用CAD软件将踏步机的关键零部件、结构图表示出来。

本设计分析了踏步机左右踏板连接机构的结构性能，提出了合理的结构设计方案。对材料的力学性能进行了详细的分析，保证踏步机在使用过程中，不会发生断裂。同时，踏步机具备以下缺点：1、运动的单一性。经常进行重复的踏步运动容易使人产生厌倦，因此，应该使踏步机的功能多样化。2、踏步机无高度调节装置。设计变位杆能够使踏步机拥有三档高度调节，能够满足不同身高群体的客户，从而满足客户的需求。3、踏步机的体积过大，对安放踏步机的要求过大。针对此缺点，可以设计折叠式踏步机，从而减小踏步机的体积。4、踏步机工作时有噪音。目前大多数的踏步机左右踏板连接机构采用钢丝绳、滑轮连接，在使用过程中，两者摩擦极易产生噪音。针对运动单一、无高度调节装置、噪音问题，在该设计中都有具体的解决方案。

ABSTRACT

Step machine is a kind of important bodybuilding equipment.Meanwhile,Step machine is also the most challenging fitness equipment, this product was gradually replaced by the elliptical machine. The object of this paper is mainly the Step machine function perfect. First of all, the Step machine structure is rational design, the twister, step, pulling rope to use a Step machine, so that the Step machine function diversification. And the use of CAD software will be stepping machine key components, structures are represented in a graph.

The design and analysis of the Step machine parts of structure performance, proposed the reasonable structure design. On the mechanical properties of the materials were analyzed in detail, to ensure the Step machine in the use of process, not broken. At the same time for stepping machine the following disadvantages:1, the movement of the single sex. Often repeated treadmill exercise can make people tired, therefore, should make the Step machine function diversification. In 2, Step machine pedal without strength adjustment button. Design strength adjustment button can make the Step machine for different customer groups, for different age groups set up different strength, to meet customer demand. In 3, Step machine volume is too large, the placed stepping machine too big. For this shortcoming, can design the folding machine, thereby reducing the volume of the stepping machine. In 5, Step machine when there is a noise. By adopting the hydraulic oil rod connected with the pedal and the base, through the hydraulic oil rod with buffer capacity, very good to eliminate the noise generated in the process of movement. In view of the above the shortcomings, in the design has specific solutions.
