全自动洗衣机减速离合器设计
【摘要】 随着洗衣机技术的不断提高，洗衣机行业迎来了新一轮热潮。本课题是有关一种全自动洗衣机减速离合器整体结构简化和各个部件选用、布局的设计。在洗衣机中使用行星轮系减速器正是利用了行星齿轮传动：体积小、质量轻、结构紧凑、承载能力大、传动效率高、传动比较大、运动平稳、抗冲击和震动的能力较强、噪声低的特点。离合器采用了摩擦盘式减速离合器，取代了传统的减速离合器，取消了离合操作杆装置，一定程度上简化了结构，此机构高效的实现了洗衣机的洗涤与脱水。此外，对减速离合器与电机之间进行了改进即取消了皮带轮传动装置将动力驱动装置直接由电机驱动洗衣机波轮和脱水桶，变成“空芯”电动机，从而避免了皮带轮所出现的故障，减小了噪声的振动。

Design of Decelerating Clutch for Fully-automatic Washing Machine
【Abstract】 With the continuously improve of the washing machine technology, washing machine industry ushered in a new round of boom．This subject is related to the simplification of the overall structure for the reducer in fully-automatic washing machine, and the design for various parts of the selection and layout．The use of the planetary gear reducer in washing machine just take the advantage of the planetary gear drive: small size, light weight, compact structure, bearing capacity, transmission efficiency, transmission relatively large, smooth motion, shock and vibration resistant and, and low noise characteristics．The clutch with the form of friction tray gear clutch, replacing the traditional gear clutch, canceled the clutch operating plot device, simplified the structure to some extent, this institutions efficiently to achieve the washing and dehydration of the washing machine．In addition, it has some improvement between the gear clutch and the motor that cancel the pulley driving device and change the power driving device which is driven by the motor-driven washing machine pulsator and dehydration barrel to the “hollow” motor, so as to avoid the failure of the pulley, reducing the noise of vibration．
