摘要
根据本次设计水平钻进钻机的要求进行设计,钻机由履带移动系统、钻台回转总成、进给机构总成及液压动力系统、稳固装置、电气系统、操作控制系统及钻具组成。采用模块化设计,具有结构紧凑、体积小,拆装方便的特点。履带移动系统、回转系统、进给机构系统和稳固装置系统分别独立,由功能选择阀控制,功能分区明显,使操作更加方便。采用整体式履带结构,主机作为钻机的执行机构,为了方便检修设置在履带车体的前方;操纵台设置在履带车体的后方,便于采用液动控制时观察孔口。
重点对定向钻机钻杆自动装卸装置进行整体结构设计和分析,之后对关键零部件进行有限元分析,并根据结果进行结构优化,分析的结果验证了其动力参数和结构参数设计的合理性。为钻机的合理应用以及结构改进提供了依据,同时也为研发设计新型的水平钻进钻机提供了借鉴。

Abstract
According to the requirements of the horizontal drilling rig design, drilling rig by track movement system, drilling platform rotary assembly, feed mechanism assembly and hydraulic power system, stable device, electrical system, operation control system and drilling tools. Modular design, compact structure, small volume, convenient disassembly and assembly. Crawler moving system, rotary system, feed mechanism system and stable device system are independent, controlled by the function selection valve, the function partition is obvious, so that the operation is more convenient. The whole crawler structure is adopted, and the main machine is set in front of the crawler body in order to facilitate maintenance. The control platform is arranged at the rear of the tracked body to facilitate the observation of the orifice when using hydraulic control.
Focus on the directional drill pipe automatic loading and unloading device for the overall structure design and analysis, and then the key parts of the dynamics and kinematics analysis, and according to the results of structural optimization, the analysis results verify the rationality of its dynamic parameters and structural parameters design. It provides a basis for the rational application and structural improvement of drilling rig, and also provides a reference for the research and development of new horizontal drilling rig.
