摘要：随着蔬菜种植的规模化和工业化发展，以人工为主的种植模式已经远远不能满足发展需要，存在种植效率低播种精度低浪费种子和株距不均等诸多问题。针对这种情况，本课题设计了一种适合棚室作业的小型蔬菜种子播种机，该机具采用了高精度排种器，使播种精度播种效率株距以及粒距等远远好于人工播种; 用户可根据需要随意更换不同的排种轮，一台机具可实现播种不同株距的不同蔬菜种子; 整个机具结构简单设计巧妙占地面积小，投入使用后将大大减轻农民的劳动强度，使棚室内的种植环境保持清洁无污染。
Design of small seeding machine
Abstract:In china, with development of large scale vegetable planting, tranditional manual seeding method is inadaptable, which is too slow, too inefficient, and imprecision. Seeded manually, the seeds may be wasted too much, and can’t be planted in precision interval.
In order to solve the aforementioned problems, a new seeding machine was designed, which is suitable for seeding in large greenhouse. The seeder is driven by electromotor and lithium battery, so, it won’t pollute the air in greenhouse. The seeder has replaceable seed-metering device, which causes precision seeding. Adjusted simply, the seeder may seed in different interval and line width, and fits seeds of different kinds vegetables. The seeder is made of simple but ingenious devices, and is helpful to reduce farming costs, increase farming efficiency, and keep greenhouse clean.
