PostgreSQL安装过程中出现problem running post-install step. Installation may not complete

postgresql安装过程中出现problem runnning post-install step. Installation may not complete correctly the dataset cluster initialisation failed.

PostgreSQL安装最后报错Problem running post-install step导致我的安装路径D:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\16\data下是空的，

进而在postgresql链接报错：connection timeout expired

本人电脑：华为matebook14 

亲测解决办法：database locale改成选C（在这里看见的PostgreSQL安装失败，过程中，报错_problem running post-install step. installation ma-CSDN博客），选择地区这一步在安装的过程中不断点击next的中间，当时没有截图，我试过选择china,没有成功。
