springboot使用Swagger3.0.0版本错误：Failed to start bean ‘documentationPluginsBootstrapper‘

引用maven依赖

报错原因是springboot版本过高

解决：

降低springboot版本

    </parent>

最后启动：访问 localhost:8080/swagger-ui/index.html
