 解决：

需要修改三个环境变量：Path、INCLUDE、lib

1.Path:添加下面的值

S:\Coding\VisualStudio\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.16.27023\bin\Hostx64\x64

2.新建INCLUDE环境变量：值为：

3.新建lib
